Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Marshmallow Icon, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. We deliver across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
Standard Delivery — All Over India
We offer standard delivery across India.
Most locations: Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.
Rural and remote locations: Delivery may take longer depending on the serviceability and operations of the delivery partner. In some areas, delivery may take approximately 7–10 business days.
North East, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir: Delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the courier partner and the destination's serviceability.
Please note that the above delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, remote-location serviceability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking details so you can track your shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and handed over to our delivery partner after successful payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Pre-Order Requests (₹0 Orders)
Pre-order requests are placed without payment.
You may cancel your pre-order request at any time before confirming your purchase.
A pre-order request does not guarantee product availability.
Your order will only be confirmed once the purchase is completed and payment is received.
Order Cancellations After Payment
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been dispatched or marked as Out for Delivery cannot be cancelled.
However, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags must be intact.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must be in its original condition.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only, subject to product and size availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose from:
Store credit, or
Refund, where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
Items specifically marked as Final Sale.
Reverse Pickup
Where available, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
If reverse pickup is not available or the delivery location is not serviceable, you may be required to self-ship the product to us.
Further instructions will be provided by our support team where applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
A small logistics or reverse-shipping fee may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, The Marshmallow Icon is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or delivery partner, adverse weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, transportation disruptions, remote-area serviceability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact our support team and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.
