Returns & Exchanges

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags must be intact
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only (subject to availability).

If your size is unavailable, you may opt for:

  • Store credit

Non-returnable items

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to request a return or exchange

  2. Share your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Reverse pickup

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup where available
  • In case reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be requested to self-ship the item

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • A small fee may be deducted for reverse pickup/logistics

Received something wrong or defective?

If we made a mistake, i.e. wrong item, wrong size, or a defect, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement immediately.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.
